ok so pretty much i think its fair game if the us marshall or fbi i was not paying attention and i dont really care what he is, frped and tool abused, so i just thought “fair game if i frp too i guess and if i get banned ill just get him banned too” so yeah i did drive in cuffs and i got banned, the usms or fbi did not, absolute bull in my opinion, need a karma system or sum, if someone else breaks rules another person that got the rules broken on or whatever you call it like tool abused or frped like i did can break them equally by frping or driving in cuffs or sum because me getting cuffed was bs and atleast make it so the other person gets banned or neither get banned or sum, or i just get unbanned i dont really care as long as i can play the game im happy

What game did the ban take place in?: Perris, California Why should you be unbanned?: I was banned for Fear Roleplay, which is in definition, “Fear RP is when your character is threatened with a weapon or a tazer. When threatened by a weapon (meaning the weapon is pointed at you or is reasonably close to cause danger - such as in the same room or near you, where the person can obviously shoot within two seconds), your character is to obey the armed person. That means you can't run off "because I was scared". What game did the ban take place in?: Perris, California Why should you be unbanned?: I had rdmed a guy in a staff sit and i am very sorry for this, I admit my mistake and i am hoping i can get my ban reduced to a few days or maybe even a week, It doesnt have to be completely removed but i want part of the ban removed like the frp and “TR” and Nitrp, as i was roleplaying for hours that day and the whole reason for me being in a staff sit was me “RDMing” a guy, The story was some RPD shooting at this vehicle, so i opened the door (which i cant open the door i guess cause its frp the staff said) and i tried to tase him, then realized my taser was not reloaded, then the guy drove off so i aimed at his arm to try and injure him, shot at him and a civilian had walked infront of me in the crossfire, then died, opened a staff report against me, and i was apparently being banned for 2 days, so i got mad and shot a guy so i was permanently banned for RDM, FRP, NITRP, and TR, I dont know how i had NITRP cause i was roleplaying, i do not know what TR means, and its not frp to open someones door to try and tase them, i have already had 3 people (2 of my friends) and some other guy from a question post i made, and they had all said it was crossfire, The clip of me “RDMing” a guy in crossfire will be in a video below, once again please do not misunderstand I ADMIT my fault of RDMing the player in the staff sit and im not trying to say i didnt rdm him or its fake or its a lie, i take full accountability for RDMing the player in the staff sit and i dont believe i should have a perm ban for RDM, I know i have RDMed someone before but i will not do it again and i will take any other ban if i do rdm another player after this ban is lifted (if it is) but thank you for reading this and the medal link of me rdming the player in the staff sit will be right below here https://medal.tv/es/games/roblox/clips/jy90SgmhDqchOCc_T?invite=cr-MSxHeVQsNjcyMzE4NzIs Additional Members Involved/Witnessing: N/A 0123 (3).mp4

already got perm banned sadly for it cause the intrusive thoughts won and i shot a guy infront of staff but im appealing to hopefully get the crossfire stuff resolved and the rdm to like a temp 2 day to like a week
