How do I utilize the HEX color changer?

The interior is detailed and pleasing to look at, I also enjoy the ELS along with the Sirens it comes with. However, there are some small issues I've personally noticed. 1. The engine does not turn off. The engine will not turn off for longer than 1 second at any given time. 2. Park lights will always turn on. While the park lights are neat in some situations, having them always turn on when I'm just trying to park my vehicle is a little irritating. 3. Exiting the vehicle can be a challenge at times. Pretty self explanatory, There are times when you'll get caught on a collision model within the vehicle or simply get sucked into the passenger seat itself. 4. Engine sounds are very quiet. Hard to hear and only on when moving. 5. Cover vs Concealment. This vehicle has only a few spots where you can take cover behind, unfortunately. I've been shot several times while standing at the rear of my vehicle, Incoming fire will occasionally pass right through the trunk side panels and into you. Thus it is not cover but concealment, use the engine block and doors to have a better chance at living. There are also many good things to list as well. 1. Mobile Spikes. You have Mobile Spikes, always nice to have. 2. Good acceleration. Picks up speed well and breaks just as fast. 3. Top speed is good. You'll only ever hit these speeds on the highway during a pursuit but it'll get you close to just about any suspect vehicle. 4. Interior design is great. 5. ELS is pretty nice. Bright, flashy, and very noticeable. 6. Liverly is unique. Specific to this line of vehicles so that's a bonus. 7. Handles well. On and off-road driving is easy, this is a pressing issue with a lot of LEO vehicles which this vehicle thankfully doesn't suffer from nearly as much.
