My current Moderation is in Society: Dev Access, as a Moderator. And the North Valley Police Department, as a Head Administrator. Some popular servers I was a moderator in are DOJ Sandy Shores - Administrator, High Field Police Department - Moderator. Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most?I mostly play Perris due to how fun the server is, and all the inserts I own for Perris. However, when I want some serious roleplay, I will play LA occasionally. Out of the 2 I play Perris for several hours a day. Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?I want to become a Moderator for Moutain Interactive because I have been in this server for around a year now (I did take a long break though). During this time, I have learnt a lot of about the game. And how a lot of the game works including problem solving bugs. In addition to this, if I am accepted, I want to become a role model to the people below me, ensuring I answer everyone's questions to the best of my ability, and put a good image on the Moutain Interactive Community. I want to ensure everyone is following the rules of both the discord and game and ensuring everyone is treated with the same respect if they are a suspect or not. Overall, I want to be a Moderator to give my experience in Moderation a chance to benefit the MI Community. I want to be a role model to those below me, answering questions and assisting the members of the community when needed. Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?I know ArealOperations, and Ex Moderator Aaron. When Are You Usually Available to Moderate? Monday-Sunday - 1 PM - 4 PM Tuesday-Saturday - 12 PM - 10 PM How Would You Handle Rule Breaking? The most important way I address, and handle rule-breaking is to understand it from both players perspectives. An example is that on Perris randomly shot and murdered someone else. At first, this individual just committed RDM. However, if he was unaware of Perris's rules and regulations, he wouldn't know he broke a rule? We will call this guy Herseyiscool. Herseyiscool ignorance doesn't automatically excuse his in-game behavior, but the context of the situation matters. Before any kind of decision made on the situation, I would gather any logs, clips, damage & kill logs and other evidence, after I would speak with both individuals involved in a sit room. From there if I can determine this offense was accidental, and that the user didn't mean to violate our community rules, or it's a first-time offense, I would issue Herseyiscool give the user a warning, afterwards I would explain the rules regarding RDM, and addition information when needed to ensure Herseyiscool is familiar with the rule he broke to ensure he doesn't commit the same offense again, along with the punishment of further offenses, and then return both players to their roleplay. If Herseyiscool commits the same offense, I would rather video and addition evidence before issuing a ban. This is because it's clear he either did not respect the rules or is simply ignoring them. This approach in Moderation I believe will keep MI fair and ensure that everyone has a chance to learn from their mistakes. Ona side note of this, I would ensure I follow MI Punishment Guidelines for this offense and others if I am accepted, ensuring everyone gets a fair punishment. Anything Else We Should Know?I put a lot of effort into this, and if you accept this application, I assure you I will be a dedicated member to the community, I hope you can take me into consideration. Do You Speak Any Languages Other Than English?I speak English, and I am learning Spanish.
