Incident Description*:My friends and I were driving down the street when we were collided with by a vehicle containing federal agents who neglected to roleplay the crash and continued driving. We then hailed down the first local officer we could find (soulfood5) in order to assist us with filing a report/helping in any way with our totaled vehicle. The officer on-scene (soulfood5) refused to offer any assistance in the matter, and in-character, we were all frustrated. We then ICly requested for this person's name and badge number, wherein the officer (soulfood5) responded with "No." and proceeded to arrest me, the reporter. He issued no lawful commands to me and then immediately put me in handcuffs, detaining me for "disorderly conduct" for simply requesting them to identify themselves to continue with an IC report through the proper channels (purely for roleplay). I have extenuated this to a report due to the ridiculous nature of the arrest, and pure abuse of power by soulfood5.
