My Ban Appeal Appealing Discord ID: 1031894063458287669 Ban Length: Permanent. Ban Reason: V-ToS Posting content involving sexual interaction towards a Minor. Why I Should Be Unbanned: Sincd all the Luke stuff started, I must say beforehand, I don't totally know why I was banned since we were joking in a thread about the whole situation and about what is going to happen to Luke etc. I also must say I do not condone the actions of Luke and I think it's absolutely wrong to love or interact in a romantic/sexual way with minors as an adult, I am really sad about the children that may be traumatized because of Luke's actions, but again, I do not support any of it and everyone in that thread was joking around, and whatever caused me to get banned, I didn't mean it or it can be viewed bad when taken out of context but in context it's just a bad sounding joke, this community is worth so much to me, please unban me. Ban Reason: RTAA What Happened?: I got arrested for punching someone when I was brought to the LAPD station for booking, I told the officer that I was hurt, he told me that he'll get medical equipment, while he was gone an officer came up to check on me, and it was actually a friend of mine (not going to name him since I don't want him to be punished by IA) and he tackled and grabbed me and then released me at the garage door for me to escape. Why should I be unbanned?: The clip used for the ban is not sufficient in my opinion to justify a ban as it only shows me being gone after he went up, as I said above, I got released by a friend who checked on me in the car and was an on duty LAPD officer at that time, and since the clip only shows me being gone after the officer comes back it doesn't justify a Ban, my record has been clean ever since playing LA, and I've spent most of my time only as LAPD not shooting anyone or getting arrested.

For me, even after the Update where it says the issue was resolved, whenever I have my firearm out the Radio does not work with the M bind, it does the standard ACS gun inspection thing instead of transmitting on the radio, I can send a clip tommorow if needed.
