The website is interfering with purchases, like I bought Bronze yesterday (with credits) then (sapphire with credits) It still showed as bronze in game so I relinked my account and canceled bronze yet it still happens, today I buy founders edition with plans to play Ventura so I cancel sapphire which disappears which didn't happen with my bronze after I canceled it. Now today it still shows as bronze probably because the website is experiencing a bug. I did seek public help (questions forum) then I had opened a ticket before that and no response since (its been 15 longg hours of confusion and attempts of troubleshooting, I would like to ask someone that works on the website to PLEASE HELP this is bad especially if its happening to multiple people. I'm thinking bronze is broken because I canceled sapphire and it left my "manage purchases" page but bronze didn't when I canceled it.
