I was being arrested by not_ziz (discord id: 672946757168005160) and my computer crashed and that made me leave the server while being booked. After it restarted, I told him that my computer crashed and uploaded my computer event logs, but I still got banned. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) Why Should You Be Unbanned? I think the ban should atleast be temporary, when I join the game and shows the ban message (which I have attached) it does not show a proper time and date. I'd rather take the 3 hour jail sentence then be banned permanently from project delta.

I interacted with several different people at S&K, mainly the man behind the moderator wearing all black with a vest on, he brandished his weapon several times and I told him to put his weapon away. He was hiding behind the car behind the moderator and also hiding behind the moderator. The moderator then pulled out a firearm, and I got out of the car and shot both of them. Later, the moderator brought me to the admin room and we argued a bit if it was RDM or not. He then stated he didn't pull the firearm out on purpose. How can I know he didn't pull it out on purpose? I can't read his mind. He then said "don't do it again" and I said "ok." Then he bans me for RDM? I don't see how it's RDM. the guy pulled out weapons and pointed them at someone, it's in his clip. He gives me a warning for RDM which is in the logs, and then 3 minutes later bans me..like? In the clip attached for the ban (https://medal.tv/games/roblox/clips/jHNAs8iVDtqo9rR_G?invite=cr-MSxkOGssMjMyNDY1NTYs) it shows myself on the AMR team, being pointed at with rifles by several United States Marshals. I then proceed to take out the axe and kill one USMS, and they killed me back. Understand that the server was shutting down, at the scene that we arrived at, (an RCSO helicopter crashing) was not taken seriously in any way by any of the players. The ban reason states for "RDM", an example of random death match would be walking up to a player, who've you had no time roleplaying with, and killing them. That is not the case, as I was speaking to the Marshal(s) and other LEOs for several minutes prior to the incident. Therefore, the ban doesn't qualify under the RDM statute due to me conversing with the Marshal, and other LEOs for several minutes.
