How does it appear to not be working? I'm not able to see your mouse but I assume you're clicking to move it as you selected that option. I would say keep it on the follow option first then maybe use other features later. Idrk, I never really use the K9 so I'm not the best on it.

(Rant) Perris civs are actually some of the worst of the worst it's making me want to work on a grueling presentation rather than playing the game. It's so cute when I get jumped by a group of guys in a stolen FBI durango driving like maniacs. Along with that the dude crashed into a cone, my wraparound bar, a mountain, then crashed into my wraparound bar, causing his car to catch on fire. The rest of them get out like that and act like nothing happened then start to shoot me. These civs are actually more braindead than a turtle after huffing straws all summer long. Goofiest thing is, I was asking for 32's but who would've guessed, there's more priorities going on all around the map. Second rant, before this I was at BOA during a robbery. It seemed like all the other units died (big surprise), so I was left to what it seemed like was a 1v3. During this I managed to down 1, another disappeared, and the last one felt like he was tping (probably lagging) around mid gun fight. Best part of all they come back and pick up the last dude then drive off into the night. Anyways these guys were super duper goofy and Perris is probably tied with my favorite most annoying game to play (war thunder) :3. I hope no one runs into a group of people that goofy unless you like want to or something <3.

(Rant) Every time I play Perris something silly happens, like the Perris player base is actually filled with bricks. 2 or 3 Panics, not one response. Adding on to that, no one knows how to read radio like it can't be that hard. Anyways after those shenanigans I decide to hop off and play civ, can't be that bad. So like in Perris 2 of their guns don't work which could easily be a bug report but they should be given the USMS card like they have in LA. It's kinda silly they don't have that. Also in LA they should be given the third car that they have in perris to make it equal.

You gotta go through their trainings in the discord servers for them (LAPD and RPD). You can get on with premium but you still have to do some stuff in their discords. I'm not entirely sure of the processes since I'm not apart of LAPD nor R/BPD.

When you use the K-9 and spawn it, hold down B then select the commands you want it to follow. I also suggest turning off or rebinding the in game vc radio button because it's the same keybind.

Foxyguyyy’s Titanium ReviewRating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Out of 5) My Review: Overall with this subscription I’ve had an amazing experience in both games. In Perris it gives you a plethora of vehicles, teams, and tools that make the game way more fun and immersive. In LA the guns it gives are super nice and have great sounds. I like that instead of adding crazy cars like Perris they toned it down and added classic cars in stead. I like that feature because in that wat there’s not a bunch of goobers running around evading police without them having a chance. It makes civ RP better too because you actually have to get gas, register them, and what not which makes the game more immersive. The discord perks are nice too, it’s nice being able to have the stuff they get in there as an addition. Favorite Perks: My favorite perks from titanium would be the free inserts and the USMS team. I think it’s nice being able to have the freedom of spawning whatever car you can really think of. The USMS team is super fun because it’s similar to FBI (in Perris) but just more updated. Both of those combined are great, it’s really fun using other undercover/unmarked cars on other LEO teams to widen your variety of your cars to choose from. The classic CHP vehicles are also extremely fun to use and make a greatly unique addition to Perris.

I don’t think there’s a whitelist for USMS in LA, if so it would probably in in the information channel. I know titanium has access to the team and I think it’s only them that have it. Idk why it says whitelisted on it when you try to join instead of you needing titanium. I could be wrong about this, it’s just what I’ve seen works for people when they try to join the team.
