Polk Facility discussing issues with how rampant police corruption was in the server. V00 instructed me to investigate the situation involving HCSD (how another deputy claimed that he suspected a deputy was potentially selling firearms to a civilian). We had no direct evidence at that time over that claim, so I’ll be honest, it was pretty baseless, but ultimately I believe this had a connection with Mr. Muller. V00 also told the two undercovers in the blue outfits to investigate the FCPD officers farming on East Bowen. Later, whilst I was patrolling Milano, I see a traffic stop involved with an HCSD deputy stopped outside SP firearms, so I stop not too far away so I could watch. The traffic stop is overall normal, but the guy just starts getting in and out of his car and fidgeting away. I personally didn’t understand why he (the deputy) was so contempt, and even lets him say such a bizarre statement that caught me by surprise- “I was gonna shoot you until I saw who you were.” Before Mr. Cole (in the Marine uniform) at the traffic stop left, he proceeds to say more weird things like- “Im gonna go shoot something up now.” I didn’t take this as a direct threat towards the public, but I wanted to verify that it wasn’t credible. I attempted to pull him over, and had the initial intent to question him about the statement he made. He drives into the Slauson Mall parking lot, where I stop his vehicle and direct my supervisor (V00) to come via the radio. I get out the car, and I notice my colleagues (the dudes dressed in blue) are there. I instruct Mr. Cole to step out the vehicle as part of my investigation. He doesn’t verbally refuse but is obviously not compliant because he steps back inside his vehicle. After deescalating the situation by explaining to him that he is not under arrest, NOR gonna be placed in handcuffs, he exits the vehicle. I WAS gonna ask for his ID but as you can see in the video, I am sort of a slow typer. He then decides to jump in my colleagues vehicle (which I find comedic). Mr. Muller was present, and removed him from the vehicle, but I managed to grab the Mr. Cole before Mr. Muller could. I began to search Mr. Cole and I find a S&W M&P-9 on his person. You can kind of see me pause, because it took a second to register that this handgun is unobtainable to civilians, and the only teams in game that have access to it are HCSD and VHP. I should’ve reloaded his firearm to see if it dropped a LE magazine, but I’m 100% certain it would’ve. I place him in the back of my vehicle, and V00 and his partner finally arrives on scene. Someone asked me to search the trunk, I am not aware of who it was, but we find a surplus amount of police weaponry. Simply, the only people that have access to this assortment of weapons are law enforcement, so therefore he must have obtained it from said law enforcement. Mr. Muller himself exclaims, “Holy smokes.” I transport Mr. Cole to the Polk Facility for interrogation to try and find out who and where the weapons came from. V00, my supervisor was present at the time of interrogation, as well as another agent who I am unaware of his name or callsign. I offer a ‘plea’ deal to Mr. Cole and he agrees to accept it, the deal being I charge him with criminal threats over stockpiling of weapons (which is like 35 minutes in jail opposed to either 25 or 9). Please find Mr. Brody Cole’s username and contact him on Discord, the interrogation was not recorded by anyone I believe, but I strongly agree that Mr. Cole will be truthful and helpful if you do so. He gave me the last name of the deputy that sold him the firearms, Muller, and when I asked to verify his description (because I had believed I knew who this was), he said he wore white shades. I then ask him if it was the individual that was next to us at the time of his arrest over at the Slauson Mall parking lot, whereas he confirms. We then assemble so we could find Mr. Muller so we could bring him into interrogation. After approximately 10 minutes or less of searching, we find him back at the same spot I last saw him. I managed to pick him up before any other agents arrived, and I awaited my supervisor to confirm I could transport. After receiving that verification, I transport him back to James K. Polk’s interrogation room, and I ask him a set series of questions that were not directly referencing anything but were closely related to the information Mr. Cole gave me; “When was the last time you left the Slauson Mall?” “When did you deposit money to your account?” and then THIS question where the answer he gave left me confused- “Where did you acquire an M21?” Now for context, the M21 sniper rifle was found in the trunk of Mr. Cole’s vehicle. Mr. Muller gives a response that lets me know he does know of the M21 sniper rifle and is aware that it exists. Mr. Muller’s brief pause before answering the question left me pondering if this was possibly a misleading claim that Mr. Muller gave me. He proceeds to say that it turned up at a traffic stop, but he was not the one who allocated the rifle into his possession. He also says that he was “-not paying attention” when I question him on who took the M21, which doesn’t make a lot of sense, because how do you know that someone took it but don’t know who? Also, I had no idea that an M21 was even in the game. I did leave room to think that it also could’ve been extracted after he checked to see if it was still in the trunk. I then ask him “Did you stockpile the AR15s from the sheriff locker?” Whereas he responds (possibly indirectly) “Those being VHP, not HCSD.” This is another buzzer, because the weapons that had been found in Mr. Cole’s trunk ARE in fact firearms that are attainable from both the HCSD & VHP armory, so I thought that possibly Mr. Muller is either telling the truth of how he found the weapons or he grabbed the weapons from those armories. Either way, it was not discernible if Mr. Muller was the one who sold the weapons. Mr. Muller then claims that he has a LPVO AR-15 in his patrol vehicle from the traffic stop. Another LPVO was found in the back of Mr. Cole’s car. I ask Mr. Muller’s correlation between him and Mr. Cole from the traffic stop in the Renaissance Plaza parking lot, and he responds “The only correlation we had was that he was an SBI on a couple days ago.” It took him 14 seconds to respond to the question, why would it take so long to answer a question about someone you’ve met before, he is by no means a slow typer if you review the video. Then again, this could be a reach, but it’s definitely suspicious. I exit the interrogation room, and I consult with V00. The conversation was not recorded, but it was brief, and it went over the details of the interrogation, and the totality of evidence we had against Mr. Muller, like the witness report and Mr. Cole’s claim against Mr. Muller. In further detail, Mr. Cole’s story was that he was offered by Mr. Muller to pay four thousand dollars for all the weapons in total that he now has in his trunk. I believe if there is a way of checking his transaction history, it should be done. If Mr. Muller believes he had no wrongdoing, he should provide video evidence of the traffic stop he claims happened that turned him up all the weapons that I found in Mr. Cole’s trunk. Mr. Muller is very defensive in response to my questions without a doubt. He obviously is carrying guilt, but it still is hard to discern without solid bone evidence that he did in fact sell weapons to Mr. Cole. The way I ran the investigation was flawed, and I also believe we should’ve gathered more evidence on Mr. Muller and not have did the investigation based off claims that we were not exactly verified. Next time, I will be very careful on how I use my authority against others, and ensure to the fullest extent that what I am doing is correct. I tried explaining to the deputy that I worked at the establishment, but I knew that wasn’t gonna do anything because most of these cops have the same motive; looking for any possible reason to arrest someone. So I ran to the safe, and I was gonna call 911 to explain the situation for the reason that MAYBE, more cops would come and would POSSIBLY want to find out whats going on, but I thought that would make my situation worse. Then, I hear his radio, so I know more cops are coming, and I decide to step out and surrender. Once I was placed in handcuffs (immediately, as expected), I AGAIN for the second time attempted to explain that I owned the store, and there was no way for the POLICE to trespass me from my own property. I assume either after she respawned, she relayed information to her Metro buddies that I had shot her through the radio, or she pinged her people on discord and relayed her information that way instead. c0lt723 5006451166 We were initially chasing a blue demon challenger because they fled from a traffic stop. We managed to spike him, and he did end up crashing. After he crashed, we extracted him from the vehicle, and I place him in handcuffs. A VBI agent comes to me, saying they have an ‘investigation’ on him. Now I was VERY skeptical of this because I was the one who first initiated the traffic stop, and he LITERALLY pulled out of the spawn. So the first thing that came to mind was maybe this is NLR, or maybe you know, they’re teaming (which turns out they are). They start to talk about how he has ‘unregistered’ and ‘federally illegal’ firearms on him and his vehicle, so I search him and his person and find nothing, which you’ll find in the clip. I then take him out of my vehicle for some reason, and this black challenger rams and nearly VDMs me. Luckily I did NOT die, and if you pay close attention to the recording, you will see the agent remove his friend from my cruiser and uncuff him. Then, you’ll see him drive away in his blue challenger demon. floofy_earth 2037521287 Elijahjayshon (US Marshal) jacoby0921 (RPD) A group of people, including me quickly organized a protest where we lined 4th street, then Elijahjayshon cuff rushes me and places me in the back of her Tahoe. I remained in the Tahoe for upwards of 15 minutes, for the fact that I didn’t wanna leave cause then I’d be auto banned. A RCSO deputy in the midst of those 15 minutes uncuffed me, but since I was put in the back of the Tahoe with the hold tool, I still could not jump out. Caltrans arrives to tow the vehicles, and a RPD officer (jacoby0921) believes I am LYING that I cannot leave the vehicle, because my hands do not appear cuffed. He then shoots me with a beanbag launcher so I could ragdoll out the vehicle, and without questioning places me in the back of his Ford Explorer. The US Marshal claimed that I had participated in unlawful assembly, yet I was given little warning and limited instruction circumspect to the CHP intercom. He now drives me to the RPD station, where yet again, I face the same exact situation, and this dude is literally just walking around acting like hes doing something, when in reality, he knows he really cant book me for anything cause I did nothing. Instead, he tries to claim that the multiple premium guns I have are illegal, yet I have a firearms license, but mister lawyer said that carrying that many guns anyways is illegal anyways, which I never knew that. (I don’t even think it is) He also said I had an open warrant (I did) but if you seen in part 1, a RPD officer earlier in the day cleared me of that warrant because I was RDMed by someone else, which the open warrant was still not his initial reason for arrest so I don’t think that validates his whole point. He kept trying to find my charges on the radio, but I think the fact no one was responding shouldve came across his hollow head that MAYBE this warrant expired. He still arrests me on an unrelated charge (disturbing the peace), yet I never did.
