However, with these perks comes the responsibility to use them fairly and in line with our community standards. The following guidelines are designed to ensure that all members enjoy the game without encountering abuse of membership perks. 1. General Behavior ExpectationsFair Play: Members are expected to play fairly and responsibly. Abusing membership perks to gain an unfair advantage over others is strictly prohibited. Respect the Community: Treat other players with respect at all times. Using perks to harass or dominate other players will not be tolerated. No Sharing of Account Privileges: Your membership benefits are for you only. Sharing your account, perks, or any privileges with non-members is not allowed. 2. Guidelines for Weapons and GunsResponsible Use of Spawned Weapons: Some members may spawn with weapons as part of their perks. These weapons should be used responsibly and within the context of roleplay. No Random Killing: You may not randomly kill other players (RDM) using your spawned weapons. All combat should be roleplay-driven and agreed upon. No Weapon Abuse: Do not use your weapons to intimidate, harass, or disrupt other players outside of legitimate roleplay situations. Restricted Zones: Weapons should not be used in designated non-combat areas such as businesses, homes, or safe zones unless the roleplay situation calls for it. 3. Vehicle Usage GuidelinesPersonal Vehicle Ownership: Members with vehicle perks can spawn and own exclusive cars. These vehicles are for personal use and should not be shared or given away to other players. No Transferring of Vehicles: Transferring vehicles to non-members or other players is prohibited. Each member must keep their vehicles for personal use only. No Vehicle Abuse: Members may not use their vehicles to disrupt gameplay, block roads, or intentionally crash into other players for non-roleplay purposes. Parking Rules: Be mindful of where you park your vehicles. Do not block important areas, entrances, or roads in the game. 4. Use of Membership PerksPerks Must Align with Roleplay: All perks should be used in a way that enhances the roleplaying experience. Overusing or abusing perks to gain an advantage or to avoid roleplay situations is against the guidelines. No Instant Escape: Do not use perks to escape from realistic consequences in the game (e.g., teleporting away to avoid arrest or spawning a vehicle to avoid a chase). No Excessive Use of Perks: Avoid using perks excessively to the point where it disrupts the flow of gameplay for others (e.g., constantly spawning vehicles or teleporting too frequently). 5. Gifting and TradingNo Unauthorized Gifting: You are not allowed to gift or transfer in-game items such as cars, weapons, or other perks to other players. These benefits are tied to your membership status and should not be shared or traded. Fair Trading: If trading is part of the game, ensure all trades are fair and consensual. Exploiting trades to scam or take advantage of others is strictly prohibited. 6. Abuse of Perks in RoleplayNo Overpowered Roleplay: Do not use membership perks in a way that makes your character overpowered or unrealistic in the context of roleplay. This includes spawning high-powered weapons or vehicles without an appropriate storyline. Balanced Gameplay: Use your perks to enhance, not disrupt, the roleplaying experience. Be mindful of how your actions affect other players and ensure that the game remains balanced and fun for everyone. 7. Consequences for Violating GuidelinesWarnings: Minor violations will result in a warning from the moderation team. Continued misuse of perks after a warning will lead to further action. Temporary Suspension: If guidelines are repeatedly violated, you may lose access to your membership perks temporarily or be suspended from the game. Permanent Ban: Severe or continuous abuse of membership privileges, especially those that negatively impact other players, can result in a permanent ban from Mountain Interactive. 8. Reporting AbuseIf you witness any member abusing their perks or breaking these guidelines, please report the issue to a moderator or admin immediately. Provide evidence if possible, such as screenshots or videos, to help us investigate the matter. 9. Feedback and SuggestionsWe value your input! If you have suggestions on how we can improve our membership perks or these guidelines, feel free to contact us. Our goal is to create a fair and enjoyable experience for all players.- Los Angeles, California's Rulebook

This rulebook is designed to maintain a fair and enjoyable environment for all. Please adhere to these rules to ensure the community thrives. 2. General RulesRespect All Players: Treat everyone with respect, both in-character (IC) and out-of-character (OOC). Bullying, harassment, or toxic behavior is prohibited. No Spamming: Refrain from spamming the chat or actions that disrupt other players’ experiences. 3. Roleplaying RulesStay In Character: Players must remain in character at all times while roleplaying. If you need to communicate OOC, use the designated brackets (( )) to separate it from in-game conversations. Realistic Roleplay: All roleplay must align with the modern-day, realistic setting of Los Angeles. Avoid fantasy or supernatural elements unless part of a special event. No Powergaming: Do not force actions on other players without giving them a chance to respond. Example: You cannot dictate another player’s reaction to your actions without their consent. Consent for Major Crimes: Larger crimes (bank heists, kidnapping, etc.) should be discussed and approved by all involved players beforehand. This ensures a fair and balanced roleplay. Weapons Use: Stick to realistic weapons for the setting. Military-grade weapons or explosives are not allowed unless part of an authorized event. Fair Arrests: Give criminals a fair chance to roleplay out their actions. Don’t instantly arrest or kill players without allowing them to respond. Jail Sentences: Jail times should be proportional to the crime committed. Excessive jail time will ruin the experience for others and is not allowed. 8. Roleplay EventsSpecial Events: The game will host organized events from time to time (festivals, crime sprees, etc.). Different rules may apply during these events, which will be communicated in advance. Event Participation: While participating in events is optional, it’s encouraged for added immersion and fun. 9. Rule Enforcement and PunishmentsWarnings: Players who break minor rules will receive a warning. Repeat offenses may result in further action. Temporary Bans: Serious offenses or repeated violations may lead to temporary bans. Permanent Bans: Extreme rule-breaking, such as exploiting, hacking, or continuous harassment, can lead to permanent bans. David’s Membership ReviewRating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Out of 5) My Review: I've been a member of the Platinum Tier for the past two months, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations. The benefits and perks offered at this level really enhance the overall experience. The support team is always quick to respond, and I feel like a valued member of the community. Favorite Perks: Riverside Police Team Riverside Police Cars Los Angeles Police Team Lots more!- David's Introduction
😀David’s Introduction: Name: David (GPUByte) A Little About Me: I’m 20 years old and currently run Mountain Interactive as a side venture while focusing on completing my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business Management. I started Mountain Studios, which later became Mountain Interactive, when I was 11, and have since grown it into a thriving business. Why I Joined Made Mountain Interactive: When I was younger, I was active in several gaming groups, particularly on Garry's Mod (DarkRP), and I absolutely loved it. I drew inspiration from other servers and how they were run, applying those principles to build structured Roblox communities. Many Roblox communities in certain genres tend to last only about three months before fading away, often due to issues with “power” and “control.” In contrast, I’ve always approached this community with a business mindset, and that’s the key reason it’s been thriving for 8 years! Favorite Games or Gaming Genres: There are only two games I truly love: Perris, California and Los Angeles, California. However, out of the two, Los Angeles is my favorite because of its immersive city environment. Excited About: I’m always excited about the future of Mountain Interactive. Every year, we continue to grow and welcome new members from all walks of life. Since starting Mountain Interactive, I’ve seen people join and become a part of our community, and while it’s always bittersweet to see some leave, I stay optimistic. I know that with every change, new and incredible people will continue to join and enrich this world we’ve built together.- Introductions Template
