  • Withdrawal of Consent (Marketing): You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the "unsubscribe" link in those emails. You will continue to receive essential transactional emails related to your account and purchases even if you opt out of marketing.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. You acknowledge that you provide your Personal Information at your own risk.

6.2. Data Retention. We will retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Services. We will also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Anonymized or aggregated technical and gameplay data, which can no longer be used to identify you, may be retained indefinitely for statistical and game improvement purposes.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
