Standard Operating Procedure’s
California National Guard - Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Effective: April, 20th, 2025

1. Purpose
To establish the operational, disciplinary, and procedural guidelines for all personnel within the private National Guard MI GROUP . This SOP applies to all ranks, units, and attached divisions.
2. Conduct & Military Bearing
All personnel must maintain professionalism at all times while in uniform, on duty, or representing the CalGuard.
Disrespect, trolling, or rule-breaking behavior will be met with disciplinary action.
Personnel must follow all orders from superior officers unless those orders violate Roblox ToS or unit ethics.
3. Chain of Command (CoC)
All soldiers will follow the CoC without bypassing unless under emergency or direct permission.
Orders are passed from higher to lower ranking personnel.
Officers must maintain open lines of communication and set the example.
4. Uniform & Gear Policy
All personnel are required to wear appropriate uniforms for their role/rank during official duties.
Unauthorized gear, accessories, or attire will not be tolerated.
Uniform checks may occur randomly at trainings, patrols, or inspections.
5. Trainings
Basic Combat Training (BCT) is mandatory for all new enlisted personnel.
Advanced trainings (AIT, WLC, OCS, SFAS, etc.) must be passed for promotions or unit transfers.
Drill Instructors and TRADOC Staff are responsible for maintaining training standards.
6. Activity Requirements
Active participation in roleplays, events, or patrols is expected.
7+ days of inactivity without an approved Leave of Absence (LOA) may result in demotion or discharge.
All activity must be logged where appropriate (patrol logs, AARs, etc.).
7. Roleplay Engagement
RP must be realistic, respectful, and immersive.
During events, orders must be followed without hesitation unless safety or ToS is at risk.
Out-of-character talk is only allowed in designated OOC areas.
8. Promotions & Evaluations
Promotions are earned through activity, leadership, knowledge, and dedication.
All personnel are reviewed based on their roleplay, discipline, and training.
Self-promotion or “rank begging” is not tolerated.
9. Discipline System
Strike system or punishments will be enforced by the JAG or MP unit.
Warnings → Strikes → Demotions → Discharge, depending on severity.
Appeals must go through the proper chain with evidence.
10. Communications
Discord is the official method of communication.
Radios/VCs are used during operations.
All personnel must check announcements regularly.
