The State of Takoma is a micronation located within Los Angeles County, Southern California, United States. Founded on May 1, 2025, by @eaglerplays , Takoma is located on purchased land about the size of two blocks off of Oleander St. The Micronation is ran by Head of Government John M. Smith, and is currently running two offices. The Takoma State Sheriff's Office, and the Takoma State Medical Association. Residents attend the nearby Compton High School. It is affiliated with the Republic of Slowjamastan, located in Southern California, and the Republic Of Molossia, in Nevada.
