This Ban & Suspension Policy governs the enforcement of user bans, suspensions, and moderation actions across the Mountain Interactive platform, including our website, community forums, and Roblox games. By using our services, you agree to this policy in conjunction with our Terms of Service.
1. Mountain Interactive Account Bans
A Mountain Interactive Account Ban—whether temporary or permanent—refers to the restriction or revocation of access to your main account on the Mountain Interactive website and its related services. These bans are only issued in response to violations of our Terms of Service and are considered serious disciplinary actions.

- They are only issued when clear violations of the Terms of Service have occurred.
- Account bans are reviewed with discretion and are often difficult to appeal.
1.1 Appealing a Website Account Ban
If your Mountain Interactive account has been banned and you wish to appeal the action, you must submit a ticket through our official support portal.

Please note:
- Account ban appeals cannot be submitted through our forums or game platforms.
- Until the account ban is successfully lifted, you will not be eligible to appeal any in-game moderation actions.
2. Game Moderation Actions
Moderation actions issued within one of our games—such as in-game bans, warnings, kicks, or other forms of discipline—are treated separately from website account bans and must be appealed through the appropriate section of our Community Forums.

- Appeals must be submitted in the correct game-specific or moderation-specific section.
- Failure to follow formatting or requirements may result in delayed or rejected appeals.
- If your Mountain Interactive account is banned, you must first appeal that ban before submitting any game-related appeals.
3. Account Ban Overrides Game Appeals
Users with an active Mountain Interactive account ban—whether temporary or permanent—are not eligible to submit any appeals related to in-game actions until their account ban is resolved. Account status supersedes any game-specific appeal rights.
Once your account ban has been successfully appealed and lifted, you may proceed to submit separate appeals for any outstanding in-game moderation actions.
4. Appeal Review Process
All appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our support and moderation team. We aim to resolve appeals in a timely manner but cannot guarantee a specific turnaround time.
General Timeline:
- Initial appeal reviews typically occur within 5–10 business days.
- Incomplete or improperly submitted appeals may be rejected without review.
- Submitting multiple or spammed appeals may lead to extended delays or denial.
