[MODERATOR APPLICATION] Apply for Moderator (Must be a member for more than 2-3 days)

Informational Guidelines

- This section is for posting an application to become a moderator of our team. You must meet the requirements, and not have any moderation warning points, or any type of ban applied onto your account. Here are the requirements below:

- You have been a member on the ‘Street Rats’ club for more than 2-3 days.

- You have no active warning points or bans currently.

- You formatted your application form correctly with the template and gave reasonable explanation.

Notice

- If you do not meet these requirements you will not be granted an acceptation towards your application.
