APPLICATIONS ARE CLOSED.
Why do most applications get denied? Why did my application get denied? Applicants must be
Active in the community and regularly chatting with other members.
Helping others by answering questions and supporting newcomers.
Respectful and mature, even under pressure.
Aware of the rules and able to explain and enforce them fairly.
Willing to learn, take feedback, and grow as part of a team.
What do we review when you submit an application?
Your activity level. Are you regularly active in the community? Do you engage with others in a positive way?
How helpful you've been. Have you assisted other players, answered questions, or guided new members?
Your reputation. Are you known for being respectful, mature, and supportive? Do other members see you as trustworthy?
Your previous behavior. Have you broken any rules in the past? If so, how serious were the violations, and have you shown improvement?
The effort in your application. Did you take the time to write thoughtful, detailed answers? Or does your application seem rushed or vague?
Your understanding of the rules. Do your answers show that you understand how our rules work and how to fairly enforce them?
Your judgment and maturity. How would you handle conflict? Do your responses show emotional control, fairness, and the ability to act responsibly?
How you’ve handled past situations. If you've dealt with drama, conflict, or tough situations before, how did you respond? Did you escalate things, or try to resolve them respectfully?
Can members in the community be selected and be offered a position to be a staff member?
YES. Mountain Interactive will pick and select people that fit what we're looking for in a staff member.
Is there even a point in submitting a staff application?
YES. Attempting to apply can still assist you, but understand that you are up against a very tough rate of getting accepted. So far the acceptance rates look like this: (50 Applications have been accepted.) (300 Applications have been denied.)
